Payment Reminder | Reminders sent via WhatsApp, email, and SMS if you haven’t paid by the 1st. If no payment or arrangement is made, your spot will be given to another member. |
Receive Discount Code | Within 1-2 hours of purchase, you will receive a personalized discount code. Sharing this code will result in membership cancellation. |
Giveaway Announcement | Winners announced on the 10th of each month via a live Facebook draw (or the 9th if the 10th is a Sunday). Only members who have paid by the 5th will be entered. |
Birthday Voucher | The voucher will be sent via WhatsApp on the day of your Birthday and will expire in 21 days after your birthday date. |
Gift Delivery | Gifts sent to the recorded address or collected from a designated point. You will be liable for costs if the item is sent back due to non-collection. |
50% Discount for Sharing | Share a photo of you wearing the gift on Facebook and receive a 50% discount on your next purchase. Valid from the 15th to the end of the winning month. |
Public Holiday Discount | Receive a discount voucher (percentage varies by membership) valid for 24 hours on public holidays. Vouchers sent via WhatsApp the day before and expire at 23:30. |
Free Gift | Receive a gift worth over R200 periodically based on membership. No shipping fee for this gift. Must be collected within 7 days from the designated point. |
Referral System | Earn credits by sharing your referral link. Credits are issued monthly and can be spent the following month or transferred to your bank (minimum R500 for transfer). |

- Returns and Refunds: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
