Shipping Information

We currently offer shipping within South Africa using two reliable services: Paxi and The Courier Guy. Here’s a breakdown of how each service works:

1. Paxi Service (PEP Stores & Tekkie Town):

  • Local Pickup: You can pick up your order from your nearest PEP Store or Tekkie Town location.
  • Delivery Time: Paxi takes 3-9 working days to deliver, depending on your location.
  • Notification: After we receive your order you will get a whatsapp to confirm your shipping address. (Note wrong address will cost you money to get your package) After confirmation of address you will receive whatsapp when we send the package with a tracking number. You can Track your package Click the Paxi portal and track your order. Then between 3 – 9 business days an SMS when your package is ready for pickup. You have 14 days to collect it. We also receive an SMS when you collect your package.
  • Important: When picking up your package, simply bring your ID. There’s no need to pay anything at the store. If anyone asks for payment, contact us immediately through our WhatsApp line at +27 084 344 1313, and let us know what’s happening so we can assist you.

2. The Courier Guy (Locker to Locker):

  • Local Pickup: You can choose to pick up your order at a Courier Guy locker. You’ll need to provide the address of the closest locker or PEP Store/Tekkie Town for delivery.
  • Delivery Time: Similar to Paxi, delivery takes 3-9 business days.
  • Delivery to Your Address: If you prefer your package delivered directly to your address, it will cost an extra R280, with a delivery time of 3-9 business days. We also offer an overnight service for R320.

Shipping Costs:

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard delivery for orders over R400.
  • Door-to-Door: Free for orders over R600.
  • Note: The overnight service does not qualify for free shipping.

Gifts Won:

  • Gifts will be delivered using the Paxi service within 5-9 days.

Overview Refund and Return Policy

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), newspapers or magazines, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Non-refundable Items

  • Visible wear of the product
  • Items not returned in original packaging
  • Items returned after the 30-day grace period
  • Damaged or broken items
  • Gifts

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}. We will give you the address via the whatsapp communication.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail your product to: {physical address}. We will give you the address via the whatsapp communication.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Need Help?

If you receive an item you don’t want, it wasn’t what you expected, or it is damaged, you have 3 days to return it at no cost. After 3 days, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  1. Initiate the Return: Send us a WhatsApp message with “Refund Requested,” the reason for the return, and an image of the product.
  2. Response Time: We will contact you within 1-2 hours during business hours.
  3. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the item and it passes inspection, we will refund your money. You have two options:
    • Account credit with a 20% discount as an apology for the inconvenience. Will get the refund immediatly after the inspection passed.
    • Bank refund with a 2% deduction for banking costs. This can take up to 5 working days depending what bank you are.
